Board Remake!

I have redone the board.

All posts that were not rules, recent announcement, or recently posted have been moved to the archives.

All post counts have been reset to 0. Anyone that was sorted, needs to be resorted. That includes staff.

All members that had 0 posts were deleted. And many with just 1 or 2 posts.

I also have redone the ranks.
